Cube AI – Terms of Use

Cube AI is an affiliate of Leger Marketing Inc., and acts under the name and responsibility of Cube AI Inc.

By becoming a participant of Cube AI, you agree to abide by these rules. If you decide not to accept these rules, you must immediately leave the Cube AI website or the app and cease participation in Cube AI.

We reserve the right to change or amend these rules or any part of these rules at any time, to discontinue your participation to the tests, or to terminate the testing or compensation program without notice. Cube AI does not guarantee that the testing program will remain operational and assumes no responsibility for any loss you may suffer. By continuing to use the Cube AI website and app, you agree to any changes, and continue to agree to abide by the amended rules.

These rules are governed by all applicable Canadian federal laws, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec with regards to any dispute arising from these Terms of Use.

These rules and the Cube AI Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Cube AI and supersede all prior statements, contracts, agreements and understandings between Cube AI and you.

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in Cube AI is subject to and conditional on the following:

Failure to comply with these rules constitutes good cause to immediately terminate your participation in Cube AI, without prior notice, and at the sole discretion of Cube AI. Cube AI reserves the right to not proceed with compensation to the participant if the participant does not follow these rules. Termination of your participation will result in the cancellation of earned compensation as well as all rights of access and use granted to participants.

BECOMING A PARTICIPANT IN A CUBE AI TEST

To participate in a Cube AI test, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Each participant is limited to one participation per test. Participants are not permitted to transfer or assign their compensation, or their access to the website and application. The use of several accesses or transfer of personal access will result in revocation of access and the loss of compensation.

Only legal residents of Canada or the United States may participate in Cube AI tests.

Employees of Leger Marketing Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers connected in any way to the activities of Cube AI, together with their family members, as well as persons residing with them, are not eligible to participate.

In exchange for access to Cube AI, as a participant, you agree to the following:

Not to use a name subject to rights of another person;
Not to use a false or misleading name, mailing address or email address to activate and use a participant access; 
Not to submit or provide false or misleading information to any entity participating in the test;
Not to use one Cube AI access for more than one person or an entity;
Not to respond more than once to the same test;
Not to share your PIN with any other individual;
You must use Google Chrome for the test. You must only have Cube AI as an open tab. Other open tabs must be closed;
During the test, you must be located in a quiet room with no disturbances;
During the test, you must make sure that the lighting in the room is in front of you so that your face is fully lighted;
If you wear glasses, you must remove them during the test;
When you proceed by sharing your screen, you must activate screen sharing by selecting «Entire Screen» or «Application Window». You must not select the «Window» tab or the «Chrome Tab» tab;
During the test, your face must be at the center of the square as shown before the test;
You must take part in the eye calibration process and follow Cube AI’s instructions during the process; and
If the videos are not uploading correctly, you must download the files on your computer and then upload them using the link provided.

Only people aged 16 or over can participate. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

If you provide incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, we may suspend or rescind your access for the use of or participation in Cube AI.

PARTICIPATION IN CUBE AI TESTS AND COMPENSATION

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you are not required to participate in every test we conduct.

Cube AI is responsible to calculate the compensation offered for completed tests. Compensation depends on the test that participants took part of. Cube AI appreciates your time. We only want you to complete the tests that truly interest you, and we respect the time you spend on our tests. Without prejudice to the terms set forth herein, our surveys allow you to earn Amazon gift cards or other specified compensation.

Cube AI reserves the right to suspend, cancel, re-evaluate or modify, without liability and without prior notice to participants, all or part of the compensation value structure and its offers. Cube AI has sole discretion and reserves the right to settle any differences relative to compensation, and participants agree to abide by such decisions. Cube AI reserves the right to change the compensation value structure or other incentives when recruiting for a test.

HOW TO EARN COMPENSATION WITH CUBE AI

By completing tests

Participants can start to earn compensation by completing the tests available on their access to Cube AI.

Participants can only earn compensation by following all instructions on how to do so. If you do not properly comply with all required instructions and procedures, you may not earn any compensation without any recourse by you against Cube AI.

Cube AI may from time to time adjust, cancel or reissue compensation following potential errors or fraud. Cube AI shall have full authority.

IF YOU PARTICIPATE IN A TEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CUBE AI IS NOT A BANK OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, AND THAT IT DOES NOT KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED HEREIN.

IF CUBE AI DISCONTINUES ITS COMPENSATION PROGRAM, OR IF YOUR PARTICIPATION IS TERMINATED OR CANCELLED DUE TO A VIOLATION OF THESE RULES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO FORFEIT ACCESS TO ANY COMPENSATION, AND ANY COMPENSATION CREDITED TO YOU MAY BE LOST, NO MATTER HOW OR WHEN YOU EARNED THEM.

OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS OF CUBE AI

Use of the participant’s access to Cube AI

As a participant, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN. Participants shall immediately notify Cube AI of any known or suspected unauthorized use of their access, or of any breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of their PIN.

Cube AI has no control over the Internet and therefore cannot prevent the interception of messages by unauthorized parties or guarantee that such unauthorized parties are unable to decrypt encoded messages. Consequently, Cube AI shall under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by any participant as a result of the unauthorized interception or decryption of information transmitted to participants of Cube AI.

Each participant is fully responsible for the use of and activity in Cube AI’s website and application, including the use of their access by a third party (which is prohibited), whether or not such use is authorized by the participant, or is the result of the participant having authorized a third party to use their test link or PIN.

In the event of a dispute, Cube AI may request proof of identity. If a person other than the participant has had access to the participant’s personal test link or PIN, Cube AI reserves the right to remove the access and/or recover any compensation earned by the unauthorized user, in which case the participant shall have no recourse against Cube AI.

Fraud attempts

Each participant agrees not to abuse Cube AI privileges through conduct which is detrimental to the interests of Cube AI. This includes, but is not limited to, any attempt to earn compensation in a manner that violates or does not comply with these rules. Without limiting the scope of the foregoing provisions, participants shall refrain from:

Using a test link or PIN for more than one person;
Responding more than once to the same test;
Using an automated system, device, program or any other similar means to earn compensation;
Manipulating or disrupting the Cube AI website or app or any other affiliated program in any manner whatsoever to improperly earn or redeem compensation;
Submitting false or misleading information to Cube AI;
Using or redeeming compensation obtained in violation of these rules, or mistakenly credited to a participant; or
Assisting another person or entity in any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity.

Cube AI may, at its sole discretion, remove the access of any participant suspected of engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity, and cancel any earned compensation. If it considers it justified, Cube AI may report the case to the appropriate authorities.

Technical issues

Cube AI is not responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; Internet outages; hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communication failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting, or corrupting the Cube AI website or app in any way whatsoever, including, but not limited to the transfer of compensation to a participant. In addition, Cube AI is in no way liable for any damage to the computer of any participant as a result of them participating in Cube AI tests or downloading information required to participate in Cube AI tests.

The Cube AI website and its app, including all the contents and services available or accessible through the website and app, are offered “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Cube AI makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to the contents of its website and app. In addition, Cube AI disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the absence of infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cube AI does not guarantee the features included in the website and the app; that the materials and contents included therein will be without interruption or error free; that failures will be corrected; that the website, app or server that delivers them will be repaired; or that the website, app, or server that makes them available is free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall Cube AI be held liable under any contract or tort theory, strict liability or any other legal or equitable theory for any loss of profits, data or opportunities, or any exemplary or punitive damages in the event of personal injury or death attributable to a fault or special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, each of which is hereby excluded from the agreement between the parties, regardless of whether either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Generalities

Participants must refrain from:

Hindering or preventing any other participant from enjoying the Cube AI website or app;
Sending messages containing viruses, worms or any other destructive element;
Sending defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful messages;
Infringing the copyright, trademarks, service marks, logos and confidential information of others; and
Publishing in a newspaper, magazine or advertisement, or on social networks, text from tests, screen shots about tests, or any other content of the Cube AI website relating to current or past tests.

Participants shall only access the sections of the website and app that are specifically intended for them, and under no circumstances shall they be permitted to use the website and/or app, or intend to use them, in whole or in part, to violate its security or the security of systems accessible through it.

All information available on the website and in the app about its services and activities is accurate, to the best of Cube AI’s knowledge. Cube AI is not responsible for any errors and/or omissions concerning such information.

Each participant certifies and acknowledges that Cube AI shall not be responsible or held liable for any agreement between a participant and any affiliate of Cube AI in relation to the items or services received by the participant in exchange for compensation, or with respect to the involvement of said participants in third-party promotions or other activities.

The non-public personal information we gather from you in connection with Cube AI is governed by our Privacy Policy.

UNSUSCRIBING FROM CUBE AI

Participants may terminate their participation at any time by contacting us here;

Simply marking the participants@cubehx.com address as spam in your email service such as MSN, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, AOL, etc. is not construed as a desire to cancel your registration. Cube AI reserves the right to contact you to ensure that the cancellation request was not submitted by mistake.

ACCESS CLOSURE

Cube AI may, at its sole discretion, cancel or terminate any participant’s access to Cube AI or to the app, and, more specifically, cancel, in whole or in part, any compensation earned by the participant for any reason or for no reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, failure to comply with these rules, or in response to an action that is contrary to the intentions of these rules. Cube AI shall have full decision-making authority if it suspects any abuse, fraud or violation of these rules. Any decision made by Cube AI regarding the permanent or temporary closure of any participant’s personal access (including the cancellation of compensation) shall be final and binding. Cube AI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination of your access.

En devenant participant de IA Cube, vous acceptez de respecter ces règlements. Si vous décidez de ne pas accepter ces règlements, vous devez immédiatement quitter le site ou l'application IA Cube et cesser toute participation à IA Cube.

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ou d’amender en tout temps ces règlements ou toute partie de ces règlements, de mettre un terme à votre participation et d'abandonner le programme de tests ou de compensation sans vous en aviser. IA Cube ne garantit pas que le programme de test demeurera opérationnel et se dégage de toute responsabilité pour toute perte que vous puissiez subir. En continuant d’utiliser le site web et l’application d’IA Cube, vous acquiescez à toute modification et vous continuez d’accepter de respecter les règlements modifiés.

Ces règlements sont régis par les lois fédérales du Canada applicables à cet égard, et les participants acceptent de se soumettre à l’autorité des tribunaux du Québec relativement à tout différend éventuel sur la question.

Ces règlements et la politique de confidentialité IA Cube constituent l’entente globale entre vous et IA Cube et remplacent toute déclaration ainsi que tout contrat, arrangement et accord antérieurs entre IA Cube et vous.

Vous comprenez et acceptez que votre participation à IA Cube est sujette et conditionnelle à ce qui suit :

Un manquement à ces règlements constitue un motif valable pour mettre immédiatement fin à votre participation à IA Cube, sans autre préavis, à la seule discrétion de IA Cube. IA Cube se réserve le droit de ne pas procéder à la compensation du participant si le participant ne respecte pas ces règles. La résiliation de votre participation entraînera l’annulation de toute compensation accumulée et de tous les droits d’accès et d’utilisation accordés aux participants.

DEVENIR PARTICIPANT DANS UN TEST IA CUBE

Pour participer aux tests IA Cube, vous devez fournir des renseignements exacts, complets et à jour.

Chaque participant est limité à un profil et à une participation par test. Les participants ne sont pas autorisés à transférer ou à céder leur compensation, ni leur accès au site web et à l’application. L’utilisation de plusieurs accès ou le transfert d’un accès personnel engendrera la révocation de l’accès et la perte de la compensation.

Seuls les résidents légaux du Canada ou des États-Unis peuvent participer aux tests IA Cube.[GG1]

Les employés de Léger Marketing inc., ses sociétés mères, ses filiales, ses sociétés affiliées et ses fournisseurs liés de quelque façon que ce soit à l’exploitation de IA Cube, ainsi que les personnes résidant au domicile des employés et les membres de leur famille ne sont pas admissibles à participer.

En contrepartie de l’accès à IA Cube, vous vous engagez en tant que participant à :

Ne pas utiliser un nom sujet aux droits d’une autre personne;
Ne pas utiliser un nom, une adresse postale ou de courriel faux ou trompeurs pour activer et utiliser un accès participant;
Ne pas présenter ou fournir des renseignements faux ou trompeurs à toute entité participant au test;
Ne pas utiliser un accès IA Cube au profit de plus d’une personne ou d’une autre entité;
Ne pas participer plus d’une fois au même test;
Ne pas partager votre code d’accès avec une autre personne;
Vous devez utiliser Google Chrome pour le test. Vous devez n’avoir que IA Cube comme onglet d’ouvert. Tout autre onglet doit être fermé;
Pendant le test, vous devez être situé dans une pièce tranquille avec aucune perturbation;
Pendant le test, vous devez vous assurer que l’éclairage dans la pièce est devant vous afin que votre visage soit pleinement éclairé;
Pendant le test, si vous portez des lunettes, vous devez les retirer;
Lorsque vous procédez au partage de votre écran, vous devez activer le partage d'écran en sélectionnant « Tout l'écran » ou « Fenêtre de l'application ». Vous ne devez pas sélectionner l'onglet « Fenêtre » ou l'onglet « onglet Chrome » ;
Lors du test, votre visage doit être au centre du carré tel que montré avant le test ;
Vous devez participer au processus de calibrage des yeux et suivre les instructions de IA Cube pendant le processus ; et
Si les vidéos ne se téléchargent pas correctement, vous devez télécharger les fichiers sur votre ordinateur et les télécharger ensuite en utilisant le lien fourni.

Seules les personnes âgées de 16 ans ou plus sont en mesure de participer. En participant, vous confirmez que vous remplissez cette condition d'âge.

Si vous fournissez un renseignement erroné, inexact, périmé ou incomplet, ou si nous avons des raisons valables de soupçonner que de tels renseignements sont erronés, inexacts, périmés ou incomplets, nous serons en droit d’interrompre ou d’annuler votre accès pour l’utilisation et/ou la participation IA Cube.

PARTICIPER AUX TESTS IA CUBE ET ÊTRE RÉMUNÉRÉ

Votre participation est entièrement volontaire et vous n’êtes pas tenu de participer à tous les tests que nous menons.

IA Cube est responsable de calculer la compensation offerte pour la réalisation des tests. La compensation dépend du test auquel vous avez participé. IA Cube apprécie le temps que vous lui consacrez. Nous tenons à ce que vous ne participiez qu’aux tests qui vous intéressent vraiment et respectons le temps que vous pouvez nous accorder. Sous réserve des modalités indiquées aux présentes, ils vous permettent d’obtenir des cartes-cadeaux Amazon ou toute autre compensation spécifiée.

IA Cube se réserve le droit d’interrompre, d’annuler, de réévaluer ou de modifier, sans être tenu responsable ou sans avoir à donner de préavis aux participants, l’ensemble ou une partie de la structure de valeur et des offres de compensations. IA Cube se réserve le droit de trancher toute divergence relative à la compensation, à son entière discrétion, et les participants s’engagent à respecter de telles décisions. IA Cube se réserve le droit de changer la structure de valeur de la compensation ou d'autres éléments incitatifs dans le cadre du recrutement pour un test.

OBTENIR UNE COMPENSATION AVEC IA CUBE

En répondant à des tests

Le participant peut obtenir compensation en répondant aux tests disponibles grâce à son accès à IA Cube.

Les participants ne peuvent obtenir une compensation qu’en suivant chacune des instructions relatives à la manière de l’obtenir. Si vous ne respectez pas correctement toute instruction ou procédure requise, vous risquez de n’obtenir aucune compensation, et ceci sans recours pour vous contre IA Cube.

IA Cube pourra de temps à autre ajuster, annuler ou réémettre une compensation, à la suite d’erreurs ou de fraudes potentielles qui pourraient se produire. IA Cube aura pleine autorité.

SI VOUS PARTICIPEZ AU TEST, VOUS RECONNAISSEZ ET CONVENEZ QUE IA CUBE N’EST PAS UNE BANQUE OU TOUT AUTRE TYPE D'ÉTABLISSEMENT FINANCIER ET QU'ELLE NE CONSERVE PAS VOTRE COMPTE POUR TOUTE AUTRE FIN QUE CELLES PRÉCISÉES AUX PRÉSENTES.

SI IA CUBE ABANDONNE LE PROGRAMME DE COMPENSATION OU SI NOUS METTONS UN TERME À VOTRE PARTICIPATION À LA SUITE D’UNE INFRACTION À CES RÈGLEMENTS, VOUS COMPRENEZ ET CONVENEZ QUE VOUS N’AUREZ PLUS ACCÈS AU PROGRAMME DE COMPENSATION ET QUE TOUTE COMPENSATION, PEU IMPORTE LA FAÇON DONT VOUS L’AVEZ CUMULÉE OU LE MOMENT OÙ VOUS L’AVEZ CUMULÉE, PEUT ÊTRE PERDUE.

LES ENGAGEMENTS DES PARTICIPANTS DE IA CUBE

Utilisation de l’accès à IA Cube

En tant que participant, vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de votre code d’accès. Les participants devront immédiatement aviser IA Cube de tout usage non autorisé, connu ou soupçonné, de leur accès, ou de toute infraction à la sécurité, connue ou soupçonnée, y compris la perte, le vol ou la divulgation non autorisée de leur code d’accès.

IA Cube n’a aucun contrôle sur Internet et ne peut donc pas prévenir l’interception de messages par des parties non autorisées ou garantir que de telles parties non autorisées soient dans l’incapacité de déchiffrer des messages encodés. Par conséquent, IA Cube ne sera responsable en aucune circonstance des pertes ou des dommages subis par tout participant à la suite de l’interception ou du déchiffrage non autorisé d’information transmise à des participants de IA Cube.

Chaque participant est entièrement responsable de l’utilisation et de l’activité sur le site Internet et l’application de IA Cube, y compris de l’utilisation de ses accès par une tierce partie (ce qui est interdit), que cette utilisation soit autorisée ou non par le participant ou qu’elle résulte ou non du fait que le participant a autorisé une tierce partie à se servir de ses accès de connexion et de son lien de participation unique.

En cas de contestation, IA Cube pourra demander une preuve d’identité. Si une personne autre que le participant a eu accès aux codes d’accès ou au lien de participation unique, IA Cube se réserve le droit de révoquer l’accès et/ou recouvrir toute compensation cumulée par le participant non autorisé.

Tentatives de fraudes

Chaque participant accepte de ne pas abuser d’IA Cube par une conduite préjudiciable aux intérêts de IA Cube. Cela comprend, sans s’y limiter, toute tentative d’accumuler une compensation d’une façon qui contrevient ou n’est pas conforme aux présents règlements. Sans restreindre la portée des dispositions précédentes, les participants devront s’abstenir de :

Utiliser un lien de participation ou un accès de connexion pour plus d’une personne;
Répondre plus d’une fois au même test;
Utiliser un système, un dispositif ou un programme automatisé ou toute autre méthode similaire pour cumuler une compensation;
Manipuler ou perturber le site et l'application IA Cube ou tout programme affilié, de quelque manière que ce soit, pour cumuler une compensation;
Présenter des renseignements faux ou trompeurs à IA Cube ;
Utiliser ou échanger une compensation obtenue en infraction à ces règlements, ou crédités par erreur à un participant;
Aider une autre personne ou une autre entité dans une activité frauduleuse, abusive, manipulatrice ou illégale.

IA Cube pourra, à sa seule discrétion, retirer l’accès de tout participant soupçonné de se livrer à toute activité frauduleuse, abusive, manipulatrice ou illégale et récupérer toute compensation cumulée. Si elle le considère justifié, IA Cube pourra référer le cas de ce membre aux forces de l’ordre appropriées.

Problèmes techniques

IA Cube n’est pas responsable de connexions de réseau non disponibles, de transmissions informatiques manquées, incomplètes, brouillées ou retardées, de pannes d’Internet; de défectuosités ou de défaillances de matériel, de logiciel ou autres problèmes techniques ou tout autre défaut de communication ou circonstance affectant, perturbant ou altérant le site web ou application de IA Cube de quelque manière que ce soit, y compris, sans s’y limiter, le versement de la compensation au compte personnel d’un participant. En outre, IA Cube n’est aucunement responsable des dommages occasionnés à l’ordinateur de tout participant à la suite de sa participation à IA Cube ou du téléchargement de renseignements nécessaires à sa participation à IA Cube.

Le site web de IA Cube et son application, y compris tout le contenu et tous les services disponibles ou auxquels vous pouvez accéder grâce au site web et l’application, est offert « tel quel ». Dans les limites prévues par la loi, IA Cube ne fournit aucune représentation ou garantie de quelque sorte que ce soit pour le contenu du site web et l’application. De plus, IA Cube se décharge de toute garantie explicite ou implicite, y compris sans s’y limiter, l’absence d’infraction, la qualité marchande ou l’adaptation à une fin particulière. IA Cube ne garantit pas que les fonctions comprises dans le site web, l'application ou tout matériel ou contenu inclus dans celui-ci seront sans interruption ni erreur, que les défaillances seront corrigées ou que le site web ou l’application ou le serveur qui les produit sera réparé, ou que le site web ou l’application ou serveur qui les met en ligne est dépourvu de virus ou d'autres composantes dommageables. En aucun cas, IA Cube ne sera tenue responsable selon tout contrat ou toute théorie délictuelle, responsabilité stricte ou toute autre théorie légale ou équitable pour toute perte de profits, de données, d’occasions ou tout coût de couverture exemplaire ou punitive en cas de blessures personnelles ou d'un décès imputable à une faute ou de dommages extraordinaires, accidentels, indirects ou consécutifs, dont chacun d’entre eux est exclu, par les présentes, de l’entente entre les parties, peu importe si une des parties a été avisée ou non de la possibilité de tels dommages.

Généralités

Les participants doivent s’abstenir de :

Gêner ou empêcher tout autre participant de profiter du site web IA Cube ou de l'application;
Envoyer des messages contenant des virus, des vers ou tout autre élément destructeur;
Envoyer des messages diffamatoires, obscènes, menaçants, abusifs ou haineux;
Nuire ou contrevenir aux droits d’auteur, aux marques de commerce, aux marques de service, aux logotypes et aux renseignements confidentiels d’autrui;
Publier dans un journal, une revue, une publicité ou sur les réseaux sociaux du texte provenant des tests, des captures d’écran concernant des tests ou tout autre contenu relatif aux tests en cours ou passés sur le site web d’IA Cube.

Les participants doivent uniquement chercher à accéder aux sections du site web et de l’application spécifiquement destinées aux participants et, en aucune circonstance, les participants ne sont autorisés à utiliser le site web et/ou l’application, ni à chercher à l’utiliser, intégralement ou partiellement, pour violer sa sécurité ou la sécurité de systèmes accessibles par son entremise.

Les renseignements à propos des services et/ou activités sur le site web et l’application mobile sont précis, au meilleur des connaissances de IA Cube. IA Cube n’est pas responsable d’erreurs et/ou d’omissions concernant de tels renseignements.

Les renseignements personnels non publics que nous recueillons auprès de vous relativement à IA Cube sont régis par notre politique de confidentialité.

Les participants peuvent mettre un terme à leur participation en tout temps, en nous contactant, cliquez ici.

Mettre l’adresse participants@cubehx.com dans la rubrique courrier indésirable (spam) de votre service de messagerie tel que MSN, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, AOL, etc. ne constitue pas un désir d’annuler votre participation. Par contre, IA Cube se réserve le droit de vous recontacter afin de s’assurer que ce ne soit pas une erreur de manipulation de la part du participant.

FERMETURE DE COMPTE

IA Cube peut, à sa seule discrétion, annuler ou interrompre l’accès de tout participant au site IA Cube ou à l'application, au complet ou en partie, et notamment annuler en partie ou au complet la compensation cumulée par le participant, pour toute raison ou sans raison, y compris, sans s’y limiter, en raison du non-respect de ces règlements, ou à la suite d’une action non conforme à l’intention de ces règlements. IA Cube aura plein pouvoir de décision s’il y a des soupçons de tout abus, toute fraude ou toute infraction à ces règlements. Toute décision prise par IA Cube au sujet de la fermeture définitive ou temporaire du compte personnel de tout participant (y compris l’annulation de la compensation) sera sans appel et exécutoire. IA Cube ne sera redevable ni envers vous, ni envers aucune tierce partie relativement à toute cessation de votre accès.
